He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bryant Nelson and Velma Pearl Pike Nelson; and his sister Betty Jo Nelson. He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Brugge of Stillwater; his nieces, Janet Brugge of Stillwater, Dawn Miller (Jim) of Perry, DeAnn Brugge of Stillwater and Diane Brugge (Andrew Wrede) of Stillwater; and his nephew Dale Brugge (Christine) of Perry.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home (1010 N 7th St, Perry, OK 73077).
