She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Clara Perkins (Driggers) and Floyd Vernon Perkins; her grandson Samuel Robert Carter; and her siblings, Raymond Perkins (Danny Perkins), John Wesley Perkins, Robert Wayne Perkins and Carolyn Perkins Brockman Gutzke.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Rupp; her children, Martha Rupp Carter (Lewis Carter) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Vernon Rupp (Vickie McDermott Rupp) of Phoenix, Arizona; her granddaughters, Jacqueline Carter of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Emma Carter of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her sisters, Mary Stevens of Clyde, Texas and Peggy Deen (Gerald Deen) of Houston, Texas; and her sister-in-law Alice Kopp of Sumner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
