She is survived by: her husband George Patak; her children, Ann Patak, Georgette Patak, Tony Patak (Mellanie), Tim Patak (Trudie), Paul Patak (Becky) and Pam Dale (Mike); her grandchildren, Michelle Dinon (Jack), Jeremy Patak, Jessica Patak, Allison Patak, Joshua Dale and Eli Patak; her great grandchild Sophia Dinon; her brother John Palovik (Marla); and her caregivers, Trudie Patak, Sandy Horstman and Becky Brady. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
