He was predeceased by: his father Harold Clark. He is survived by: his mother Cathryn Clark (Unverzagt) of Bartlesville; his wife Carolyn Bay; his son Ryan Clark (Riann); his brothers, Robert Clark of Wakita Oklahoma, Ronald Clark (Cheryl) of Bartlesville Oklahoma and Drew Clark (Lori) of Hampton Virginia; and his great grandchildren, Raeleigh Clark, Kaelyn Clark and Declan Clark.
