He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lowman and Ellen Jane Lowman; his sister Debra Coleman; and his brother-in-law Bob Green. He is survived by: his children, Kendra Mayer (Derek) of Ponca City, Jason Lowman of Ponca City and Jessica Lowman of Ponca City; his sister Donna Green of Moore; his brother-in-law Bill Coleman of Warr Acres, OK; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Hubbard, Kylie Mayer, Brayden Mayer, Ethan Lowman, Abby Raulston, Ella Lowman, Tyson Caughlin, Jase Caughlin, Gracie Caughlin and Tate Lowman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
