He is survived by: his former spouse Lavena Boyce; his children, Teddy O'Donnell (Jodi) of Perkins, Tom O'Donnell (Tara) of Perkins, Babe O'Donnell (Jennifer) of Tryon and Kimberly O'Donnell of Stillwater; and his brothers, Tim O'Donnell (Vicki) of Antlers, OK and James O'Donnell (Betty) of Oolagah, OK. He is also survived by his brothers, father, and uncles.
