She was predeceased by: her children, Chris Goforth and Donna Wells; and her sister Virginia Power of Santa Rosa, TX.. She is survived by: her children, Julie Goforth of Perkins, OK and Rick Goforth (Stacy) of Perkins, OK; her brother Mike Schulgen (Brenda) of Tittusville, FL; her son-in-law James Wells of Perkins, OK; and also, Brandon Binford (Traci) of Golden, CO, Cody Goforth (Alix), Aaron Goforth of Golden, CO, Lilly Goforth of Perkins, OK, Charolette Binford and Waylon Binford of Golden, CO.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Parkinson's Foundation.
