He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard G. Westfall and Bessie E. Westfall (Hagar); his son Dale; and his siblings, Vivian Westfall, June Kirkpatrick, Virl Allen and Ricky Westfall.
He is survived by: his significant other Edna Kendrick; his daughters, Dana Larson (Mark), Anita Francis (Don) and Linda Barta (Steve); his grandchildren, Kasey Lore (Matt), Bethany Petitt (Hayden), Leah Wilson, Lana Vanzant (Kyle), Aaron Barta and Jenna Barta; his great grandchild Truett Daniel Vanzant; and his siblings, Donna Stallard, Grover Don Westfall (Theresa) and Herschel Westfall (Carla). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
