He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira D Vassar and Bertha Mae Vassar; and his wife Patsy Jean Merrell Vassar. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Vassar of Perkins, Kendall Vassar (Valerie) of Coyle and Kevin Vassar (Enrique) of New York, NY; his stepdaughter Deborah Malone (Johnny) of Norman; and his sister Marilyn Heath (Richard). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many beloved great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
