She is survived by: her brothers, Mich Dershem and Barry Richards; her husband Arlie Thomas; her children, Kristy Durham (Howard) of Edmond and Leslie Arlie Thomas Jr. of Stillwater; her daughter-in-law Cathy Amey of Morrison; her brother Bob Heath (Becky) of Lubbock; and her grandchildren, Brandon Clawson, Dustin Clawson, Seth Durham, Hannah Garner (Nathaniel), Emmaly Durham and Logan Arlie Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
