She is survived by: her mother Cheryle Dowell Leach (Forman); her son Mason Stewart; her stepfather Calvin Leach; her stepsiblings, Amy Cronin (John), Lance Leach and Cody Leach (Joyce); her uncle Mark Wayne Forman (Cindy); and her cousins, Tonya Matson and Gayla Huston of Stella, MO.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
