He was predeceased by: his parents, OmaLea Sprague (Harmon) and Ralph Sprague; his former spouse Beverly Sams Cox; and his sister Marilyn Sparkman. He is survived by: his son Ralph Sprague (Terri); his wife Bobbie Seybert; his children, Mark Sprague and Janice Baker (Kerry); and his grandchildren, Clay (Amber), Matt Baker (Shauna), Abby and Kiah Sprague. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews.
