He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Spradlin; his children, Beverly Ann Wikel (Randy) of Hulbert, Bonnie Sue Rotramel (Orville) of Tahlequah, Brenda Kay Spradlin Ollice (Bobby) of Georgia and Betty Mae Capps (Mark) of Lost City; and his siblings, Buddy Spradlin of Peggs, Verna Osburn of Stilwell, Velma Davis (Jerry) of Tahlequah, Virginia Taylor of Tahlequah and Valerie Spradlin of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 41great grandchildren.
