She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred West and Sarah West (Brewer); and her son Samuel Simon. She is survived by: her children, Gwen Pool, Bonnie Ellis, Vickie Townsend, Lynn Decker, Jennifer Freeman and Gary Simon; and her sister Mary Voscamp. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
