She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowen and Billie Bowen. She is survived by: her daughter Becky Owens (Daniel); her granddaughters, Rylie and Ryane of Bixby, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Beth LeForce (Ronnie) of Buffalo, Oklahoma, Charlie Bowen (Andy) of Pawnee, Oklahoma and Jim Bowen of Pawnee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

My Dad nicknamed her Tootie when we were little & she has been Tootie to me all her life…❤️ I have loved her like a Sister all of our lives & she will be truly missed.
