She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delbert Horsechief, Sr. and Minnie Ruth Moses; her siblings, Delbert Jr. Vance, Algar, Lewis, Ellis, Adeline and Susan Mae; her grandparents, Rebecca White, John Moses, Spottedhorse and Lucie Running Eagle; her brother Levi; her former spouse Francis Williams (Ottawa-Peoria); her husband Dewey Sampson Belvin (Choctaw); her daughters, Linda Sue Cockrell (Leroy), Wilma Jean (Frank Richardson), Delberta Ruth Belvin and Ellen Mae (Vic Gutierrez); her grandchildren, Eric Leroy Cockrell, Jason Duane Belvin and Jamie Renae Cockrell Berdzar (Loren); her great grandchildren, Leah Wren and Kenzie Rae; and her children, Neva, Mike, Allen, Denise, Melvin, Ronnie, Nancy and Steve. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
