He is survived by: his children, Carla Suzann Fuss (Dennis), Kathy Deeann Fuss of Durant, Matthew Creed Fuss of Pawnee and Daniel Davis Fuss; his wife Connie May Fuss; his son Jessie of Pawnee; his grandchildren, Jacob Hart, Hannah, Heath Blair, Laura, Caleb Hart, Landry Fuss and Creed Fuss; his great grandchildren, Emma, Charlie, Maverick Hart, Wesley Clovis and Hadi Blair; his brother Philip Fuss of Maramec; and also Karen Flora.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (600 Illinois St, Pawnee, OK 74058). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pawnee First Baptist Church (720 6th St, Pawnee, OK 74058). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Highland Cemetery (44900 S 348 Rd, Pawnee, OK 74058).
