She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sugg Head and Versel Edith Head (Cruzen); her son Daniel L. Thomas (Kenneth Walker); her stepfather Dolph Allen; and her brothers, Leon Head and Darrel Allen.
She is survived by: her former spouse Jerry Thomas; her granddaughters, Natasha Thomas Guerra (Michael R. Guerra) and Kelsea Thomas; her great grandchildren, Miles Ray Guerra of Tulsa, Mason Daniel Guerra of Tulsa and Merylee Louise Guerra of Tulsa; her sister Deborah Colson (Larry Colson); her sisters-in-law, Marion Allen and Pat Head; her great-niece Sheila Walker Gunn; her daughter-in-law Alena Thomas; and her pet Jewell. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, several cousins.
