He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Stephens and Adelia Stephens (Jordan). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Stephens (Sine) of Pawnee, OK; his daughters, Debra Gray-Childers, Andrea Davis and Gina Myers; his grandchildren, William (Bubba), Carey, Natasha, Matt, Jared, Rebecca, Daniel, Brandon and Nicholas; his brother Milton Stephens (Carol); his niece Charlotte Hawkins; and his nephew Michael Stephens. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
