He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Sager and Opal Sager; his wife Edith; his children-in-law, Kenneth Clark and Donna Sager; and his great grandchild Blake Clark.

He is survived by: his grandsons, Phil and John; and his children, Cheryl Clark of Sand Springs, Phil (Marge) of Kellyville, John (Denise Sager) of Chelsea Nelson, Iris (Mark Reeves) and Donna (Randy Cowan). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
