He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Florence Millard and Kenyon Millard; and his daughter Emma Millard Ames. He is survived by: his wife Sue Millard; his children, Charlie Millard, David Millard, Ella Halliburton and Jason Millard; and his grandchildren, Darci Thompson and Jessica Fisher. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
