She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross LeGate and Ruth Ann Capps LeGate; her husband Donnie Smith; and her brother John LeGate. She is survived by: her sons, Bret Smith (Kay) of Ponca City, Tony Smith (Kendra) of Newkirk and Ross Smith of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; and her sisters, Linda Anson (Greg) of Oklahoma and Rosslyn Orchutt (Dolph) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
