He was predeceased by: his children, Timothy Wayne Townley of Oklahoma, James Richard Townley and Brenda Jolene Flowers (Larry) of Texas; his grandchildren, Breanna Jo Flowers, Charlene Sheffield, Joshua Elwood, Christopher Paul Neal and Haleigh Jade Neal; and his siblings, Lucian, Leburn, John, Leo, Almas, Tom, Thelma White, Velma Smith, Lillian and Sis Elder.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Freeman; and his children, Gloria Kramer of Oregon, Debi Moody of Oklahoma and Pam Pratt of Oklahoma.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory (1600 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Assembly of God (26706 US-60, Pawhuska, OK 74056).
