He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mayberry and Jennie Mayberry (Herrington); his wife Martha Nettles; his grandsons, John Hamling and Dustin Swift; and his son-in-law Randy Swift, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Mayberry of Nowata, Joyce Swift of Pawhuska, Susan Leach (Steve) of Pawhuska, Nancy Berry (Damon) of Tulsa, Robert Mayberry, Lori Bergstrom (John) of Inola and Bobbie Schrum (Thad) of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
