She was predeceased by: her parents, James Otis Fortney and Irene Jeanette Fortney (Smith); her husband James Hope; her children, Daniel Lee Wadsworth Sr. and Danna Lynette Wadsworth; her daughter-in-law Rita Faye Wadsworth; her grandson Samuel Adam Lee Smith; and her siblings, Leo Merchant, Lincoln Fortney, James Fortney, Lou Ann of Washington, Sue Jones, Billie Redeagle, Jean Meeks, Edith "Deed" Miller, Nancy Penland, Madelyn "Sissy" Niblack and Edna "Cotton" Briggs.
She is survived by: her former husband Samuel Lee Wadsworth; her children, Dennis Lynn Wadsworth Sr. of Nelagoney, Debra Lynelle Wadsworth of Bartlesville, Samuel Dean "Deano" Wadsworth Sr. (Monica) of Wynona, Susan DeeAnn "DeeDee" Wadsworth and Sandra Denice Smith (Ronnie) of Pawhuska; her daughter-in-law Dee Ann Wadsworth of Nelagoney; and her siblings, Jacob Alonzo Fortney (Flo) of Bartlesville, David Walter Fortney (Charlotte) of Nelagoney, Darwin Fortney and Mavis Redeagle (Charles) of Pawhuska. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
