It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Mayse of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Steele and Lucy WalkingSky Steele; and her siblings, LaVina Pepper and Jonas Steele. She is survived by: her nieces, Cecilia Coble and Martha Spotted Bear; and her nephew Bill Pepper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
