He was predeceased by: his wives, Carol Drummond and Dolores Drummond; and his brothers, Leslie Frederick Drummond (Carol Ann Drummond) and Jack Richard "Dick" Drummond. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Blake "Blake" (Mark Rogers), Cecil Gentner Jr. "C. G." and Susan Lorraine "Lori" Brewer (Brent Brewer); his grandchildren, Ashton Marie Leary, Allison Brianne Leary, Blaine Warren Brewer (Kirstin Brewer), Blair Thomas Brewer and Blevin Carter Brewer; and his great grandchild Briar William Brewer.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (709 S Boston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74119).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson Research Foundation and the Cancer Society, two causes that were close to Cecil's heart.
