She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Lorene Embree; and her husband William Loyd Milligan. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Craig (Doug), Karen Clymer (John) and Mike Milligan. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
