He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mitchell Orm and Patsy Sue Orm (Jackson); and his sister Crystal Gayle Orm. He is survived by: his son David Mitchell Orm of Colorado; and his siblings, Tammy Sundblom of Amarillo, Brenda Orm of Pauls Valley, Rebecca Horsley of Mulvane, Kansas, Amy Ward of Tulsa, Christopher Orm of Pauls Valley, Benjamin Orm-Maxwell of Altus, Michael Orm-Maxwell of Sayre and Ricky Orm-Maxwell of Yukon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
