He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Childress; his sister Sandy (Darrell Smith); his grandchildren, Ronnie, Timi Short, Colby, Jadyn, Zoey and Tayl'r; his children, Michael, Sandy Childress, Nicholas, Addison, Lance, Flora Childress, Jacob, Brianna, Yosabeth, Laura Bruce, Tanner, Kristen, Susan Childress, Corrina Chelsea and Cali; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Drew, Rance McDonald, Vicki, Mark James, Ashley, Billy, Terrel, Brittany, Sammy, Justin, Darianna and Kayla.
