He was predeceased by: his mother Dakota Stephenson Scoggins (Stephenson); his great-grandparents, Fritz, Sharon Calhoun and Alice Scoggins; and his great-great-grandparents, Walter and Jackie Cooper.
He is survived by: his father Nicholas Scoggins (Gayla Johnston); his siblings, Charlie Johnston, Hunter Scoggins, Katie and Zoe Johnston; his grandparents, Shane, Marshelle Hunter, Joseph, Lisa Scoggins, Rick, Paula Stephenson, Gloria and Randy Smith; and his great-grandparents, Harold Scoggins, Rod and Jean Dokken. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
Phoenix did donated his heart valves and corneas through Lifeshare after his death which saved the lives and sight of 6 children.
