He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hightower and Phillip Edward Hightower, Sr.; and his brother Harold Hightower. He is survived by: his wife Pat Blundell; his children, Jamie Hart (Kelly) of Edmond, Anita Parker (Tim) of Lindsay and Phillip Hightower III (Becky) of Caddo; his grandchildren, Kristopher Hart (Alyssa) of Edmond, April Crawley (Seth) of Glide, OR, Autumn Work (Jarod) of Lindsay, Megan Dufur (Casey) of Durant, Aubrey Dorman (Dalton) of Lindsay, Cole Lambert, Morgan of Tushka, Alaina Gamble (Dalton) of Lindsay and Tanna Hightower of Caddo; his great grandchildren, Britton Firth (Ben) of Tulsa, Camdyn Miller (Yohannes) of Oklahoma City, Samuel Hart of Edmond, Austen, Abel Crawley of Glide, OR, Caycen Work of Lindsay, Stockton, Lindey Dorman of Lindsay, Gatlin Gamble of Lindsay, Jet Dufur of Durant, Presleigh Herring and Reid Lambert of Tushka; and his sisters, Shirley Rush and Donna Covington Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
