She was predeceased by: her mother Bertha Odell Moore (Jones); her husband Samuel Edward Sipes; her father Walter Moore; and her son Roy Lee Hensley, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ralph D. Upchurch (Pat) and Crystal G. Thompson (Patrick); her grandchildren, Dylan Richmond and Alexis Thompson; her great grandchild Elias Whitehead; and her sisters, Betty Marie Schlesinger and Mildred Ann Alexander.
