He is survived by: his parents, Jimmie Lon Hoffman and Sue Yvonne Hoffman (Graves); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Gomez (Jeff), Bonnie Carroll (Andrew), Jeremy Harper of Moore, Oklahoma and Jimmy Gentry (Joanna). He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, and other family members.
