He is survived by: his children, Michael Shane Fields, Michelle Fields of Borger, Texas and Jason Dean (Mary Elaine Fields) of Pauls Valley; his daughter-in-law Christina Riegel of Sulphur; his grandchildren, Josh Fields, Zachary Stephens, Caleb Fields, Jayden Fields, Dakota Fields, Logan Fields, KyLnn Ivy, Alec Ivy and Greysen Mills; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Emma Fields, Olivia Fields, Makaya Fields, Carter, Tobias Fields, Jagger Gloor and Jeremiah Ivy.
