She was predeceased by: her parents, J. J. Stringer and Lillie May Stringer Bailey; and her sisters, Juanita Moore and Mary Brooks. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Angela Parrish) and Connor (Lauren Parrish); and her sister Imogene Singleton.
