He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruel E. Alfred and Dorothy Alfred; his wife Shirla Kay Alfred; his sister Wanda Tanner; and his great grandchild Hudsyn Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Gary (Cathy Alfred), Steven (Melinda Alfred), Kristin (Joe Holt) and Joey (Michelle Alfred); his granddaughter Carissa Willis (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Henley Willis, Lincoln Willis, Bodie Gifford, Payte Gifford, Tyler Holt and Mollie Holt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
