He is survived by: his parents, Charles Heath and Kristina Heath; his siblings, Charles Heath, Jr., Davien Jones and Jordon Anthony-Baade; his grandparents, Teresa Holder of Sandy Hook, David and Tish Agoston of Trenton, Ohio; his aunts and uncles, Chad, Brandi Agoston, Lacey, Daniel Cameron, Tomaro Heath, Maegan Heath, Bradley Agoston, Grant, Meghann Agoston, Richard Avery, Charles Irwin Heath, Jr., Kristina and Rick Manriquez Many; and his godparents, Veronica and Nick Kirksey Dominic.
