He is survived by: his children, Tim Bowen (Janette) and Deborah Bowen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sister Gayle Parker of Norman, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Bianca Hulsey, Laci Rogers and Brayden Bowen. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
