She is survived by: her husband Jim Terrell; her children, Stacey Stanglin (Carl) of Locust Grove, OK, David Pittman (Deborah) of Fredericksburg, VA and Pat Terrell of Park Hill, OK; her brother Harold Blackwell of Marshall, AR; and her grandchildren, Carl Stanglin (Shelby), Shelia Stanglin, John Stanglin (Sabina), Wesley Pittman, Chelsea Terrell and Morgan Terrell.
