He is survived by: his children, Troy Cusick of Park Hill, OK and Amanda Nease (Tony) of Arkoma, OK; his former wife Carol Cusick of Park Hill, OK; his sister Joyce Garner of Spiro; his grandchildren, Dylan Cusick of Lake Charles, LA, Kylee Batt of Park Hill, OK and Karissa Nease of Arkoma, OK; and his great grandchild Whitley Batt.
