She is survived by: her children, Troy Cusick of Park Hill, OK and Amanda Nease (Tony) of Arkoma, OK; her siblings, Robbie Harvell, Shirley Setzer of Rogue River, OR and Richard Corbin of Mansfield, AR; her grandchildren, Dylan, Kylee Cusick and Karissa Nease; and her great grandchildren, Whitley and River Batt.
