He is survived by: his children, Kellie Rushing of Sulphur and Jason McCarty of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ethan Rushing, Tucker McCarty, Timber McCarty and Lily McCarty; and his brothers, Don McCarty and Dallas McCarty.
