She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fink and Lillian Fink (Wilkes); her husband Troy Francis; her son-in-law Ted Townley; her granddaughter Jennifer Elbon; and her great grandchild Christian.
She is survived by: her children, Royce Ann Watson (Les), Kathy Milligan (Larry) and Troy "Eddy" Francis Jr.; her grandchildren, Michelle, Jason, Larry Bill, Kristy, Shawn, Wally, Amanda, Frank, Jessica, Lee, Christina and Camden; her great grandchildren, Destiny, Anthony, Kendall, Katie, Bryson, Mallory, Ethan, Abby, Xander, Candace, Caleb, Tori, Tyler, Paige, Karen, Tanea, Shade, Jordan, Sidney and Isis; her great great grandchildren, Jaxon, Walker, Scotty, Takoda, Adaleigh, Kashton, Kendon, Kenzie and Emma; her siblings, Jesse Fink and Kim Scott; and her sister-in-law Wanda Risley. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
