He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Edward Gollihare and Inez Gollihare (Waller); his brothers, Jerry Gollihare and Otto Gollihare; his siblings-in-law, Betty Gollihare, Charlene Gollihare, Elsie Gollihare and Danny Falkner; and his nephews, Ed Gollihare and Chuck Gollihare.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie (Rod Bell), Sherry Gollihare of Stigler, Oklahoma and Rickey Gollihare II of Panama, Oklahoma; his siblings, Janice Falkner of Panama, Judy Claborn (Morris) of Panama, Oklahoma, Donny Gollihare (Kay) of Panama and Ronald Gollihare of Panama, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Trace Atkins, Anthony Bell, Eli Bell, Jade Bell, Chris Flores, Keaton Gollihare and Terra Gollihare. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, other relatives.
