He is survived by: his sister Carla; his son Dane Evans; his grandson Brodie Evans; his brothers, Lyle Bradshaw and Curtis Bradshaw (Brenda); his nephews, Baron Bradshaw, Eric and Brandon Vanhook; his niece Brase Bradshaw Booth; his close friends, Karen McAhern, Denise Regouby and Joyce Jones; his great-niece Payden Bradshaw; his cousin Linda Biggs; and also Charlene Bradshaw. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
