It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Ray Mitchell (Panama, Oklahoma), born in De Kalb, Texas, who passed away on April 27, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Darlene Moody. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mitchell of Panama; his sons-in-law, Tim McCage of Panama, Teresa Rogers and Carol Rogers of Spiro; and also, Donald Mitchell, Shirley Mitchell of New Boston, Eric Mitchell, Sandra Mitchell of Texarkana, Ruth Sullivan, Charles Sullivan of Texarkana, Ginger Crabtree, Tommy Crabtree of Fouke, Yvonne Wise and Randy Wise of Fouke. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
