He is survived by: his children, Steven Blair (Jeanna) and Stephanie Davis; his grandchildren, Tyler Arnold (Brittany), Austin Jones, Caden Davis, Dawson Blair and Hailey Blair; his great grandchild Haisley Arnold; his siblings, Loretta Urichison, Sharon Smith, Debbie Walls and Rick Blair; and his close friend Cathy Mattingly. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
