He is survived by: his mother Stacey McCormick; his stepfather Shawn McCormick; his father Joe Capps II; his sisters, Denver McCormick of Springfield, MO and Elissa Capps of Paden, OK; his grandparents, Linda Lee (Morrow) of Tulsa, OK, Jack Allen Lee of Paden, OK, Sharon Lee of Levelland, TX, June Capps (Bailey) of Paden, OK and Joe Capps I of Paden, OK; and his great-grandparents, Gene T. Lee, Cathy Clatte and Many. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles and multitude of friends.
