She is survived by: her husband Ralph Collins; her children, Leslie Collins (Corky), Billy Collines, Jannett and Karen Kellogg (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Allan (Kim Collins), Amy (Leo Gonzalez), Tracy (Steve Lee) and Shellie Roberts (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Wade, Madison, Amber, Alex, Allison, Mason, Lane and Cole; her great great grandchildren, Keatyn and Wrenly; and her siblings, Eugene Davenport and Hazel Mayfield.
